Engineering Maintenance Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the UK's largest retailer. Based in Milton Keynes and employing over 1000 employees, they provide maintenance services to Tesco Stores and Head Office functions.

Position: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Competitive

ROLE:
They are looking to recruit a great Service Delivery Manager to deliver an excellent maintenance service to their customers within all Head Office Buildings safely and in a cost effective way.

You will be the focal point within EMS for the Facilities Team, managing and developing a team of people through setting challenging objectives and stretching personal development plans to ensure they all deliver a great service and communicate effectively with our customers.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous Facilities Management experience ideally within a complex, multi site operation.
b) Electrical Engineering Qualification.
c) Experience of managing internal and external teams.
d) Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint to intermediate standard.

Desirable but not essential:
a) IOSH or NEBOSH certification.

You may have experience of the following: Facilities Manager, Facilities Management, FM, IOSH, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, etc.
